chilled glass of Badam Thandai, a delicious refreshing drink made with almond, rose
petals, saffron & cardamom. There will also be fresh salads such as the classic
Fruity Pasta Salad, Carrot Honey Mustard Salad or the authentic Rajma Aloo
Chaat. The main course promises to be a gourmet authentic Punjabi Fare with
selected dishes like Achari Murg, Aloo Gobi Adraki, Punjabi Kadhi and Kale
Chane Ka Pulao.

scintillate your taste buds with the perfect desert. Guests can indulge in some
